Replacements are only provided for DOA (Dead on Arrival) accounts or accounts that fail the first login due to incorrect credentials. Proof Required: You must provide a screenshot of the error and the order ID via our Telegram support. 2. 🚫 No-Replacement Scenarios We do not offer replacements or refunds if: You use low-quality proxies (Public, Data Center, or "Free" proxies). We only support Residential or 4G/LTE mobile proxies. You fail to use an Anti-detect Browser (e.g., AdsPower, Dolphin{anty}, GoLogin) when managing multiple accounts. The account is banned due to your activity (spamming, violating platform rules, or aggressive automated API calls) after a successful login. You change the recovery email or phone number immediately (this triggers security flags). 3. ⚠️ Usage Requirements Login Protocol: Always clear cookies or use a fresh browser profile for every account. Warm-up: We highly recommend a 24-hour "rest" period after the first login before performing heavy actions (like sending bulk DMs or launching ads). Verification: If an account asks for "re-verification" after 48 hours of use, it is considered a result of user activity and is not covered by our warranty. 4. 💳 Refund Policy All sales are final.
