General Community Rules All Users
  • Account Responsibility
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
  • Respectful Communication
    Treat all members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or offensive language.
  • Security
    Do not share your account credentials. Use strong passwords and enable 2FA when available.
  • No Fraudulent Activity
    Any form of fraud, including chargebacks without valid reason, will result in permanent ban.
Buyer Rules & Guidelines Buyers
As a buyer, you agree to these rules when purchasing any product on our platform.
  • Product Verification
    Verify product details before purchase. Read descriptions, seller rules, and reviews carefully.
  • Payment Authorization
    You authorize payment for purchased items. Ensure you have sufficient balance before purchasing.
  • Account Download
    Download purchased accounts immediately. We're not responsible for accounts lost due to delayed downloads.
  • Seller Communication
    Communicate respectfully with sellers. Sellers have 24 hours to respond to messages.
  • Refund Policy
    Refunds are only available through our dispute system. No refunds for downloaded accounts unless invalid.
Seller Rules & Requirements Sellers
As a seller, you must comply with these rules to maintain your store on our platform.
  • Product Quality
    All accounts must be working and valid. Selling invalid accounts results in immediate suspension.
  • Accurate Descriptions
    Product descriptions must be accurate. Include all relevant details and limitations.
  • Delivery Time
    Instant delivery required. Ensure sufficient stock. Out-of-stock products must be disabled.
  • Customer Support
    Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours. Provide support for purchased accounts.
  • Dispute Cooperation
    Cooperate with dispute resolution process. Failure to respond may result in automatic refund.
  • Commission Fees
    5% commission on all sales. Withdrawals processed within 2-3 business days.
Purchase & Transaction Rules Transactions
  • Secure Transactions
    All transactions are secured by our escrow system. Funds are released only after delivery.
  • No Returns
    Digital accounts cannot be returned once downloaded. Test accounts before purchase when possible.
  • Transaction History
    Keep records of all transactions. Download receipts and save order details.
  • No Chargebacks
    Unauthorized chargebacks result in permanent ban. Use dispute system instead.
Important: All sales are final. Ensure you understand what you're purchasing before completing the transaction.
Dispute Resolution Process Disputes

    Direct Communication First
    Attempt to resolve issues directly with the seller/buyer before opening a dispute.
  • 2
    Dispute Time Limit
    Disputes must be opened within 7 days of purchase. No disputes accepted after this period.

    Evidence Required
    Provide screenshots, messages, and proof when opening a dispute.
  • 4
    Admin Decision
    Admin decisions are final. Both parties must comply with resolution.

    Escalation
    Can invite admin to join dispute chat if parties cannot agree.
Prohibited Items & Activities Prohibited
Zero Tolerance: Selling prohibited items results in immediate permanent ban.
Prohibited Items:
  • Stolen accounts
  • Hacked accounts
  • Child exploitation content
  • Illegal software/warez
  • Counterfeit items
Prohibited Activities:
  • Account farming
  • Multi-account abuse
  • Price manipulation
  • Feedback extortion
  • Fraudulent claims
Account Rules & Termination Accounts
  • Violation Consequences
    Rule violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.
  • Balance Forfeiture
    Terminated accounts forfeit all balances. No refunds for banned accounts.
  • Appeal Process
    Banned users may appeal via support email within 14 days of ban.
  • Rule Updates
    We reserve the right to update these rules. Continued use means acceptance of new rules.
