TERMS OF SALE & PURCHASE AGREEMENT 1. Account Delivery: Upon payment, you will receive the Instagram account credentials via the agreed method. You are responsible for securing them immediately. 2. Inspection Window: You have 1 hour from delivery to inspect the account and report any issues (e.g., incorrect follower count, pre-existing restrictions). Reports after this window are ineligible for review. 3. Mandatory Evidence: A valid claim requires an uninterrupted screen recording showing: (a) a login attempt with the credentials provided, and (b) the issue, proving it existed before any use or modification by you. Claims without this video evidence will be dismissed. 4. Refunds/Exchanges: These are granted solely at our discretion after technical review of your evidence. Our decision on claim validity is final. 5. Limitations: Your right to a refund or exchange is forfeited if: the 1-hour window expires; you use or modify the account before reporting; or the issue is not verifiable as pre-existing via the required video. 6. Agreement: By purchasing, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these binding Terms. For support or to file a claim, contact us immediately upon identifying any issue.
