Store Policy & Purchase Terms for PureDev ​Welcome to PureDev. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction for all developer assets, the following terms apply to every purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to these rules. ​1. Delivery Terms ​⏱️ Standard Delivery: Accounts are typically delivered within 1 to 6 hours after payment verification. ​⚡ Instant Assets: If a product is marked as "Instant," it will be delivered automatically upon payment. ​Verification of certain high-level assets may require a longer period; you will be notified of any delays. ​2. Product Condition & Verification ​All assets are verified to be in good standing and functional at the exact moment of delivery. ​Once delivery is complete, the maintenance, management, and use of the asset are the buyer's sole responsibility. ​3. Account Access & Security (Post-Purchase) ​🔐 Immediate Security Update: For your security, you MUST change the password and security questions immediately upon receiving account credentials. ​🛑 Do Not Modify Admin Details (Initially): Do not attempt to change the registered name, official address, or tax information on high-risk assets (like Console Accounts) for at least the first 72 hours to avoid triggering automated security locks. ​4. Refund & Replacement Policy ​🚫 All Sales Are Final: Due to the intangible and digital nature of these assets, we do not offer refunds once credentials have been delivered. ​🔄 Replacement Guarantee: If an account is non-functional at the precise time of first login (e.g., already banned, login credentials invalid), we will provide a one-time free replacement or account repair. ​⏱️ Claim Window: Replacement claims must be submitted via the HStock support ticket system within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear, unedited screenshots of the issue. ​5. Limitations of Liability ​PureDev is not liable for accounts that are suspended, banned, or restricted by the platform provider (e.g., Google, Apple) after the time of successful delivery. Suspensions due to: ​Failure to pass new developer verification checks. ​Submitting violating apps. ​Linked account activity. are not covered by our replacement policy. ​6. User Responsibilities ​You must be proficient in managing developer accounts. PureDev provides assets, not platform-specific technical support for app submission or account management beyond login.
