BUSINESS MANAGER ACCESS & WARRANTY TERMS LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS How to Access Your Business Manager You will receive a pre-generated invitation link to access the Business Manager (BM). Log in to your Facebook account using a browser. Paste the invitation link into the browser and accept the invitation. Once accepted, you will gain access to the Business Manager. ⚠️ Important: Invitations must be accepted within 24 hours. Failure to access the BM within this period voids replacement eligibility. IMPORTANT PLATFORM NOTICE Meta (Facebook) is constantly updating its security and risk detection systems. Because of this: Performing too many actions on the first day may trigger restrictions. Some Business Managers may experience automatic rollback, returning control to the original creator profile. These behaviors are part of Meta's internal security system. RECOMMENDED FIRST-DAY SETUP To reduce the risk of restrictions: Add at least two trusted profiles as administrators. Remove the creator profile after adding your admins. Do not change the BM name. Do not create ad accounts on the first day. Do not generate new invitation links on the first day. Do not duplicate campaigns on the first day. The first campaign should be Engagement or Awareness. Increase budgets gradually — never aggressively. WARRANTY TERMS By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions. Warranty Coverage The warranty only applies to defective invitation links. All assets are delivered: Fully functional Without restrictions Ready for access If you are able to enter the Business Manager successfully, it confirms the asset was delivered in proper working condition. PLATFORM RISK DISCLAIMER Facebook is a highly sensitive platform that evaluates multiple environmental factors during account access. These factors include: • Browser environment (clean browser or multilogin) • IP address (residential, proxy, WiFi, or mobile data) • Profile quality (real, farmed, aged, or new accounts) • Device identifiers and MAC address • Behavioral signals such as mouse movements and activity patterns These elements form your digital fingerprint. Any restriction triggered by your environment is outside our control and responsibility. NON-REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS Business Managers will not be replaced or refunded under the following situations: The buyer successfully accessed the BM and it was later restricted. An ad account was created or received. A payment method or credit card was added. The BM was verified using temporary email services. The BM spending limit was reduced by Meta. The BM does not spend on ads. The BM does not share Pixel. The BM has fund retention or payment holds. A WhatsApp account was added. The BM was sent for review by Meta. The BM name was changed. The buyer removes our admin access. The buyer does not access the BM within 24 hours. The BM experiences rollback (support may be provided, but reversal is not guaranteed). ⚠️ Removing the seller’s administrators automatically ends the warranty, as it confirms the asset was working properly at that moment. WHATSAPP API NOTICE We do not replace Business Managers restricted during WhatsApp Business API setup. This includes blocks triggered while: Adding a phone number Registering through Business Manager Using third-party platforms such as ManyChat Restrictions caused by: "Activity that does not comply with WhatsApp Business Commerce Policy" are part of Meta's automated compliance system.
